What is your return/exchange policy?
We take utmost care to give you a good shopping experience. We always want to ensure that you love our products as much as we love making them for you. Still if you find any manufacturing defect in the product we will be happy to provide replacement. We do not offer exchange or refund on our products.
More information regarding our products and online experience are as follows:
- All our products are handcrafted with love by our artisans, to ensure our customers can get the best of style and utility.
- We also ensure we provide pictures of the products across multiple angles and sometimes with some common objects kept inside it to give you the best idea of the size and dimensions of the product.
- We also give you a magnified view of the fabric/product to ensure you get a good feel of the final product.
- Post your purchase, each product undergoes a thorough Quality Check, before it is dispatched via our courier partners.
All this is done to empower you to take the most educated decision before making your purchase since once a product is unpacked, we cannot sell it again to another customer in many cases and hence we only support limited returns only in case of products with manufacturing defects.
In cases of our product having a defect, kindly send us images of the defect and the invoice copy to email@example.com within 2 days from the date of receiving the package. Our team will inspect the case and get back to you with next steps, if this qualifies for a replacement. Note that we do not offer a return in this case. Do mention your order number in this email.
