I have placed an order, when will my order be delivered?

Once you place the order, below are the dispatch and delivery timelines we try and adhere to for the product deliveries.

Delivery timelines:

Dispatched in 2-4 working days | Delivered in 7-10 working days.


While we strive to deliver your products within the above mentioned time frames, there may be reasons beyond our control that may delay deliveries. In such circumstances, our team will email you informing the status of your order.


I tried placing an order using my debit/credit/net banking. the order was not successful, but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if the amount has been deducted. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, we would request you to contact your bank.

When & how can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please email us your order details at

I messed up my shipping & billing address, what should I do?

If your order has not been dispatched yet from our warehouse, we are more than happy to correct the shipping address for you.

Just send a note to  with your correct shipping address with the order id and we will update it for you.

If the order is dispatched, you will have to bear the return and shipment charges.

How do I find the correct size for the bags?

Please refer to our detailed size chart in every product description for exact measurements.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Any product you order from our website, are custom- printed just for you. We always want to ensure that you love our products as much as we love making them for you. So we triple check every step along the way to guarantee their quality. Although we cannot accept returns on these custom printed products, we’ll be glad to replace any item you receive damaged.

Please follow these steps in such rare cases:

  1. Email -  with your (Order ID) _returns in the subject field (within 24 hours of receipt of the products).
  2. Describe in as much detail as possible, the damage to your product and attach digital photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product.
  3. We will contact you within 24 to 48 working hours and take it forward.


- Please review our size charts before placing your order.

- Please review your order confirmation email as soon as possible after you place your order to make sure that your order is correct. If you ordered the wrong size, design, or product style we can usually correct the problem only within 24 hours of placing the order.

- We do not accept return/exchange for products purchased on discount and offers.

- Please note that the cost of returning the product to is the responsibility of the purchaser.

I ordered an incorrect size product by mistake, what should I do?

We request you to double check the size chart in the product description to ensure that you are ordering the correct size.

We are currently unable to exchange or issue a refund for products with incorrect size ordered by you or if the products are used, laundered or customer damaged goods. Items that do not match these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

However, if you receive an incorrect product, please email us at within a period of 24 hours from the date you received the product and we will take care of the rest and ensure this does not happen again.

Will my product look exactly like what appears on the website?

What you see on the website is a digital approximation of what you will see on your printed products. We do our best to keep what’s on our site in sync with what you receive, but we cannot 100% guarantee colors of the products, colors of print, placement, or size of print to be exactly what you see online.
